Thanks. Anyone from Santa Monica aboard yet?
I'm in Venice and proudly shuttle around in my SUV past hundreds of Kerry and anti-war posters with my Bush/Cheney sticker. This past weekend at the Abbott Kinney festival there was actually a Bush/Cheney booth! Brave souls--I know they took some abuse, since Venice is truly a bastion of angry liberals. It is sad--my husband and I have a 1 car garage and have chosen to park mine in there until the election because we know that some angry liberal will vandalize it on the street.
Regarding the license plate I agree that it is offensive, but would common law-abiding citizens know what it means? Don't we get on a slippery slope when we start inferring what 1 letter represents? If we judge plates on what is inferred rather than what is plainly stated?
