Why won't you sign the 180? I am not convinced he got his Honorable discharge when he should have. From what I read, Clinton had to help him finaly get it in 2001 after many appeals. We need this question answered and then we can put the fork in his campaign once and for all!
Guaranteed, Hanoi John took an OTH (other than honorable) as a plea, in order to avoid prosecution for being a Naval Officer and engaging in VVAW crap. Until he resigned his COMMISSION, he was a NAVAL OFFICER and subject to the UCMJ.
He won't sign that 180 because then everyone will know what a phony hero he is.
HIllary's folks will let that leak out a week after they bring his mistress home from S. Africa, with her saying she's so sorry to have lied about her relationship with the Senator.
Depends on how well he does in the debates. This could start Friday if he wins the first debate.
Oh, btw, then they will blame the President's campaign for using dirty tricks with it all.
HAHAHAHA!!!
He doesn't want us to see where he checked the box:
___ Previously colluded with known enemies of the USA.
Actually the UCMJ applies to reservists while in the active execution of reserve duties. There are exceptions, and who knows whether exceptions were made in Kerry's case (we need the 180 to determine that).
The question is whether Kerry requested separation immediately after his Standby Reserve committment ended in Dec 1972. It is curious that he let that drag on for 5 years.
Or perhaps he requested separation and was given a bad verdict by SecNav, and reapplied after Carter came into office.
If things go in this direction tomorrow night at the debate, Bush should drop this bomb on Kerry, 'Secret Agent Orange'.
You wanna see a bunch of hooey, look at the text on this

It looks like somoene went over info that would pertain to Kerry only and they stole it off some other vet to make it look alright. Although it does say no discharge papers issued.
Nasty double-meaning; BUT very effective. :) "Yo Vets, Agent Orange is Reporting for Duty".

speaking of "double" .......
;-)
I hear that 'Secret Agent Orange' was Kerry's CIA tag when he was secretly slipping into Cambodia and listening to Christmas carols as he was being seered!!!
I'm laying low; it's a cyber-burp day for me at freep... can't tell if something posts or not.. and then you notice it posts twice. This too, shall pass.
