Doesn't Mexico have a good amount of oil? I am surprised that we have not told Vincente Fox to sell us more oil, considering we are taking in all of their unwanted citizens(mostly as illegals). Is Saudi selling us less? I'm not sure about that. I think they are jacking up the prices to pay their terrorist and fund their operations against our troops.

I think the reality is is that they are open to the max and can't produce any more. Their major oil fields should be reaching or passing peak and heading quickly down. Sea water for preasurization will take its toll too.
