The question is how oragne will Kerry appear under the spotlight? Maybe the media can put some orange filters on the lens to make Kerry normal.

Imagine THIS nightmare - that in 2000, Al Gore had stepped aside and let John Kerry take his shot at the Presidency THEN.

Kerry would have appeared to be no more supercilious than Gore at the time, and with the hands of the "Former Occupant of the Oval Office, 1993-2001" weighing just slightly less on the tiller, the Democrats may have carried that tiny fraction they needed to get the few extra votes so the Electoral College tilted their way.

Imagine a President John Kerry being informed the World Trade Center had just been hit. It is bad enough trying to imagine Al Gore dealing with the problem. Imagine Kerry going to the UN, and being all but laughed off the podium. Imagine a bloated Homeland Security team all tied up with work rules. Then imagine the US losing virtually all its foreign oil.

Health care would be the least of our problems.

Hopefully, they have some filter that cuts down on condescending arrogance and an unhealthy obsession with Viet Nam.
