What ever happened to the flight attendent that was roaming around in a daze for a while, was found by MIB's(?) and, though not seemingly hurt, suddenly came up dead ... broken neck or slit throat or something?
IIRC, she was pretty much OK when she got on the rescue helicopter and somehow on the way to wherever they were taking her, her femoral artery ended up slashed and she bled to death.
