Nowhere in the article do they indicate that Miller is accused of tipping off this "charity"--or anything else for that matter. It's possible that she just has great sources that the JD wants to look at.
If so, "fishing expedition" might apply in HER case, but certainly not in his since he is an alleged treasonous perp. OTOH it could be she's being investigated for something else they haven't mentioned. That would be surprising if she wrote to expose a threat to us which it sounds like she did.
I guess we'll have to wait and see. I hope they nail his scummy butt and put the Slimes on life support much like cBS. The Enemy Within is our greatest danger IMO.
