It may seem like tinfoil hat territory, but it seems to me that this story could even explain the desperation of the left to win back power. They had maneuvered to get their people inside all areas of control, the courts, the CIA, the FBI, the IRS, etc and they could lose it all if Bush wins a second term.

Just because a Supreme Court Justice stated that she would not base her decision on the US Constitution but only on "international law" doesn't mean that the dims have her in their pocket. Sarcasm off.

I agree with you.
Gore was supposed to win, and when he folded, powes above him forced him to fight to the death. He couldn't do it because he is "inside" DC, so he caved.
Rumsfeld has changed the Pentagon culture so much that it would take years to turn around - and that's just one area the Left cares nothing about.
Indictments will come before the election, and they will be huge.
