Washington Redskins coach Joe Gibbs yesterday expressed displeasure with a pair of officiating calls in Washington's 21-18 loss to the Dallas Cowboys on Monday night, and the NFL responded by conceding its crew made two mistakes. A club source said league officials reviewed the two plays in question — a pass interference call on Redskins cornerback Walt Harris in the first quarter, and a no-call on a deep pass to Rod Gardner in the fourth quarter. The league conceded error in both cases.

Yessir...every time I think the Raiders have the most obnoxious fans in the world, the Cowboys fans have to outdo 'em. *whistle*

I think Roy Williams is good for about one knocked out opposing team player per game. :) I haven't seen a player like him since Ronnie Lott in his prime.

As long as the cow pies won I guess it's okay.

(my team, if I were a football person, would be whichever team is playing the cow pies).

Attitudes about the Cowboys is a red state v. blue state thing. People in red states love the Cowboys. People in blue states hate the Cowboys. It's always been that way.

He has outlasted every dumbass offensive coordinator he has had, and has learned more offenses than any QB in history.

I think you are right. It's nice to be hated around the league again. Funny how Gibbs had to leave NASCAR and go to the Deadskins to be in the pitt's. He he he. :)

He has played on some horrible football teams, but had his best years with the Jets under Parcells. The problem is not going to be Vinnie, but too many injuries in the secondary. Plus, the guys backing up Vinnie have not played a single down in a regular season game. But if anyone can get this team into the playoffs again, it's Parcells.

Wonderful. Maybe he can replace those two useless statistics with something that matters.

I'd like to see the SOB outlast 3rd down, and learn to throw the ball.

Once again, cowboys take from the Indians what is rightfully there, and it's only well after the crime has been comitted that the white (and black-striped) man admits it.

My hatred of the Cowboys goes back to Houston days in the early 80's.

Oh. And the big Cowboy fans (that were part of the reason we hated the Cowboys) were Carter supporters. We were for Reagan.

"Gibbs barely even touched hands with Parcells."

Yes, Gibbs went down in my opinion when I saw that move. What a bad sport.

1st and goal on the 2 yard line and poor clock management

Yes...why did they go to a plunge hand off when they had been handing the ball to Porter 5 yards deep and letting him chose his slot when the bodies start falling and getting 4-6 yrds each time..if not 8-10 with Porter running upright..

The Home team should dictate the tempo of the game,

The Redskins did'nt....so they lost.
