I wonder how many of them were signed by Lt Col Jerry Killian.

Is the Ohio State Sec. a democrap?

Nader has had to spend most of his money just to get onto ballots. The only thing more dangerous than a third party candidate with his own agenda is a third party candidate with you as his only agenda. Hate is a two way street. Another great move by the Rats.

No, he is a very good black Republican who also has disallowed a bunch of new voter registrations which were not on the correct paper stock (likely were Dem frauds)...

Is the Ohio State Sec. a democrap? No! He is the most conservative Republican we have in Ohio.
If Ken says they are fakes, sadly they are fakes.

The documents were forged, but the intent of the people signing them is clear: they want Nader on the ballot. Therefore, Nader should be allowed on the Ohio ballot...
at least if you're following the usual leftist train of thought..

5,000 valid signature required to qualify.
Nader's backers wound up with 3,700 valid signatures.
but about 6,400 were declared valid after review by local elections boards. when is 3,700 + 6,400 not greater then 5,000?

So then....there is now proof that liberals try to steal elections.
They may need the Ohio State Sec. in Iowa.
To: ArmyBratproud
They may need the Ohio State Sec. in Iowa. And we need Mr. Blackwell in as Ohio governor in 2006.

That Stinks !!! We were enjoying having Ralph on the ballot. But do not dispair - W will win Ohio without Ralph's help.

This is both good and bad. Assuming Nader is indeed off the Ohio ballot, it means that he will spend more time in other states where he will cause Lurch even more damage -- Minnesota and Wisconsin, for starters.
Assuming Bush will win Ohio comfortably, this may be net good news.

"when is 3,700 + 6,400 not greater then 5,000?"
The 15,000 signatures were pared to 6,400 after local election board scrutiny. Ken Blackwell then found that 2,700 of those were fraudulent and cut the number of valid signatures to 3,700, which is 1,300 short.
We need to start spreading the word that Naderites can still vote for Nader by writing in his name regardless of his ballot status. In Georgia in 2000, Nader got 13,432 votes (0.52% of the total) as a write in---Nader actually got 2,500 more votes than Pat Buchanan, who was on the ballot.

Democrat situational tactics will come back to roost every time. Is there anything problematic for them that they can't judge shop for as a solution? A solution which they then later will need reversed in order to support the next need to obfuscate the law.
