Just felt a quake here in the Fresno area...
Dontcha just HATE it when that happens ?
That's why the blinds in my office here in Sacramento were swaying! (I'm on the 15th floor)
Reporting in from Illinois..all clear.
Yes, only this time it was on the San Andreas to the east of Paso Robles instead of to the west.
'Bout a magnitude 5?
Reminds me of a girl I used to... No. I just won't say it.

40+ posts and no "it's Bush's fault?"
we're slacking
all the way in Hawaii?
From the location, I suspect they'll be able to get some useful data from this one. They have data recording equipment all along the fault there.
USGS says magnitude 5. That's 10 times weaker than a 6.0. Or is it half as storng? I forget.
6???? that's quite a quake.
LOL...That's good news.
Felt it here in the Owens Valley, east of the High Sierra! Chandelier swinging.
Northern Carizzo Plain (e.g the very famous location where many of the aerial photos of the obvious strike slip right lateral offsets are seen - e.g offset streams which take a jog at the fault line). The San Andreas has not moved there in any major way since, what, about 1966? No wonder it was a 6.0.
May be wet but the earth hasn't moved.
;->
Nothing in Napa
~P~i~i~n~g~!
Shake, rattle and roll?
