I help represent Republicans Abroad in Cambodia. One of my friends attended a Democrats Abroad voter registration function a couple weeks ago. He told me that forms were being filled out not only by Americans who were there but also for non-American friends/wives/girlfriends in attendance. The community is small and so I will hear if they actually recieve ballots. What can I do from my side to report this if this happens?

Contact the American Consolata IIRC, they have authority in the area and would be able to advise you.Also contact the RNC and tell them. They need to be aware of what is happening as it may not only be in Cambodia.
