That is great! It may not cover the waterfront for all reports (not all are traced to individuals, for example), but it's a start! I've already started a spreadsheet and have put your Colorado example and the Davidson County, TN. example in there.
The most basic information is the location, at least to the county level and the original source(s) of the information. It needs to be at least one traceable source, so that others can access and verify the report.
Folks, if you want to post info, I'll try to collate it in an organized fashion in a spreadsheet. I'll also record the FR referrer in the form of at least your screen name, so make sure I have that.
Also, if you've got statistics, like number of new registrants compared to previous elections, compared to total population, etc., that would be excellent.
