It's becoming more and more clear that the problem areas are going to be addressed before the January elections. My guess is that it'll happen after our election, but before the end of the year.

I herd S.C. US Senator Lindsey Graham on a local radio station this morning.
He said...." Fallujah will have to be taken care of, more than likely before the elections".....

Now ..Did he mean our elections or theirs
