Dunno, but I'm guessing theirs, since for some odd reason the plural "elections" seems to refer to Iraq, whereas we tend to refer to the singular "election". Don't ask me why, but its something odd that I noticed.

I would think that moving to handle the Fallujha thing decisively and taking it back from the insurgents would go a long way in establishing the new government!
