That is insane! I was just talking to a guy I work with about the same thing! I noticed it this morning on Fox when they played a clip of him! A little heavy on the self tanner I think!

I think Kerry's campaign advisors have recently reviewed the old Kennedy-Nixon debates, and taken note of Nixon's pasty appearance vs. Kennedy's "tanned, rested and ready" look, and have told him to get tan before the debates.
He probably had a bit of a tan going from the windsurfing, but it's pretty obvious that most of it came from a bottle. An obviously fake tan may backfire on him.
