Anyone have an e-mail address to someone in a position of authority (commander, Congressman, Senator) who could get this honorable man's request to stay in the Army granted?

Metzdorf appealed twice and on Friday learned that he would be allowed to stay in the Army and with his unit. The article isn't written very well, but this sentence, from early in the article sounds like he did get the okay to stay in.
