good advice, except I retired when work comp rates hit 50%, and my company never had a claim. By the time I retired , it was costing me $2.39 a Sg Ft, but the labors were getting less. I refused to have people "work off the books"
(ya, I know it's a conservative thingy). Those who learned to speak Spanish, keep two sets of books, etc, did very well, me, I understand the laws of karma, screw economics.
