It does make him look rather sissy-ish. Was he being attacked or something? Weird.
It was posted on Drudge with no explanation, along with another Kerry story. I'd guess that it's a staged attempt to portray Kerry as "Kennedy-esque" with some pics of a little touch football game.
Of course, if it had been for real, they'd probably have dressed differently...
