Am I missing something here? I can understand a lemon law, but why should anyone be allowed to take a car for a three-day joyride and then dump it back on the dealer with a bunch of miles racked up, saying, "I don't want it any more."?

That was a stupid provision anyway.

I'm more concerned about the bill Schwarzenegger signed into law forcing insurance companies to provide coverage to the "partners" of people who engage in homosexual acts.
