Myself, I will be very sceptical of this unless someone comes forward with proof that Kerry stayed on after those assasination meetings. Lack of an official "resignation letter" to me isn't all that important unless it was the custom in that group to resign in writing. To me it seems entirely plausible that someone would verbally announce departure. Of course I don't know all the details but I'm sure I'll learn a lot more about this in days to come. But on first blush it seems like an explosive theory that could make us look like the democrat "conspiracy theorists" - I think we're doing well enough as it is that this sort of thing, unless it's rock solid, could backfire negatively. Proceed with caution.
As is covered in this thread there is ample proof that Kerry stayed on after the November 1971 meeting. But one must take the time to research the proof.
This is very well documented that he did not leave the VVAW, there are many news stories afterward where he is mentioned as the speaker at an antiwar rally and as a national leader of the VVAW. And the FBI documents have several sources that report the same thing. It just requires one to see the truth. No need to be careful, the proof is overwealming.

"It just requires one to see the truth. No need to be careful, the proof is overwealming." Yes, I'm wondering if anyone has compiled links and could put in thread? I'd do it but just don't have time at the moment. So if by chance anyone has already compiled the links or knows of another thread that has them and could index here, it would be great having that information to pass along. IMHO this story, whenever shared, should be combined with links to proof of activity after his resignation because his spin will probably be to say he resigned or to deny the meetings happened.
