Bless these people!!
They are taking a big risk in doing this, even though the numbers are large. Has this been covered by any television media yet? I have been watching the Race :-)
(Ryan Newman in 2nd!.. that's m'dawg!)
I hope the world takes a good hard look and recognizes that, unlike some other Arab states, these people actually DON'T want a repressive Islamic regime.
The thing about Iran is, it's kind of a paradox, as far as I am concerned the enemy there is the Iranian government and the Mullahs, most of the Iranian people are some of the nicest people in the world, I have met some Iranians, they are 180 degrees opposite from their government (only feeling safe to even mention that fact because they now live in the US, and have great olve for the US by the way). Talk about a government that is totally NOT representative of the people.
Bones
Agreed!
Guess the Iranian hardliners will be calling their terrorists home from Iraq to punish the masses who dare to stand for freedom.
Iran's not an Arab state. They are of the ancient Persian culture and speak Farsi, not Arabic. They are not ethnically Arab either.
That's the key - I hope the people can win their freedom.
