OK, that's scarry, I voted for Dukakis,Carter, Mondale, Clinton twice, and Gore in 2000. I am a former, and i stress former 32 year registured Democrat. This time around i'm voting Bush.Your mother and i have alot in common.
I have a 83 year old aunt who has never voted for anyone but a dem. She is now a Bush supporter. Says terror is a problem that outweighs everything else.<
What's earth shattering is I knew she was a dem so I just left her alone and steered away from discussing politics with her. She floored me a few months back when she announced she was voting for Bush. After I caught my breath and ask her what changed her mind she said all those people dying in NYC. She says her friends won't even talk to. Her response ... tough.
I never thought I would see the day ... Times change.
