Re: #33 - Lenin Statutue. Are you serious? Is this statue REALLY in a Seattle community? Where is it located? Is the citizenry really so pro-commie to do this? Do they understand who they are honoring? Are you sure this isn't a photo in Red Square in Moscow?

The Mandalay Bay hotel here in Vegas erected a statue to Lenin in their shopping mall/upscale eats area. There was such a hue and cry from us locals, who are by the way fairly conservative believe it or not (where sin abounds grace doth more abound), that they chopped the head of the statue off and covered it with fake bird droppings. I suppose to symbolize the fallen Evil Empire.
