but not providing an equal opportunity for opposing viewpoints.

So let the state authorize a "Don't Choose Life" license plate if that's what the Democrats want.

This ruling by the sick, corrupt scumbag, U.S. District Judge Todd Campbell, WILL be appealed to the full 6th District Court, won't it?

I suspect the preferred plate would be "Freedom to Choose." Milton Friedman's phrase has many applications, not all of them illuminating.

It would seem to me that any environmental plate would be unconstitutional too.

LOL

I'm not aware of the state of Tennessee opposing Pro-Choice plates...rather the left has opposed the Pro-Life plates from the getgo and worked from that angle rather than compete for equal time.

....and as I said previously Campbell and Barrett are lefty ne'erdowells.

there is a freeper in northeast TN who is very very active in the pro-life movement....mhgintenn or something like that. I would ping him because I'm sure he could illuminate but they took off that freeper by locale listing and I can't get his username exact.

maybe someone will know his exact username

I miss ping lists.

This is total B.S. The pro-murder group never even ASKED for their own plate.

You are correct. The pro-murder crowd never even asked. They have no grounds to even sue. If the judge wasn't a screaming liberal America hater, he would have realized this.

Almost unbelievable.

But I guess we should have expected this.

The 'Choose Life' plates strike directly at the religion of Satan that the pro-aborts practice.

Molech hates being deprived of his tiny innocent victims....

Do you recall the Tri-Cities area freeper whose username I can't seem to get right?

I had a little elevator spat with Barrett once about 6 years ago.

A real prig...queenie.

TN pro-lifers need to follow the models of their counter parts in MD, HI, and CT. If liberal states like CT, HI, and MD can issue Choose Life plates, then why can't a conservative state like TN?

Guess they'd better get rid of all those < insert endangered species here > plates, since they don't have counter plates that advocate killing them.

In TN, as you know, we have a license plate only on the back of the vehicle. Placing anything on the front bumper is always the option. BUT, expect the same treatment from the loving liberal serial killing supporters that I get ... key scratches down the side of my vehicle, nasty things written on little notes tucked under my wiper blades, and things not to be mentioned slipped in through my barely cracked windows. To the serial killing supporters, freedom of speech or expression is only allowed if it conforms to what they want aired.

But, as O'Reilly points out, doing yoga in the nude is just fine in San Francisco... that is, unless you recite the pledge of allegiance.

I had figured you would know if the opposition had even applied for a tag and the details of how this played out.

Torie had wondered if the state had been prejudicial.

I'm sorry I could not get your username just right.
