Who to contact if you suspect fraud: (web sites with info)

www.sec.gov/enforce/complaint

www.vam.fbi.gov

www.ifccfbi.gov - internet fraud complaint center

www.worldwidescam.com/ - world wide scam listings

www.stockdetective.com/ - self policing

Look for the little lock icon at the bottom or top of your Internet browser screen. When the
padlock icon shows locked then Credit Cards and other financial transactions are protected

Is the lock supposed to be closed at all times, or is it (as I assume) only locked when conducting monetary business online?

Mine is open now, indicating "You are browsing an ordinary website".
