I'll put my volunteer hours up against yours any day of the week.

I happen to know most of the patients personally. It's not their fault. I never said it was. I just know what goes on in the homes. I also know who doesn't do a very good job of running them.

I can only suggest if you are not happy about the quality of the care in the homes...open one yourself. Show them how it's done. Not only would you be an example, but be providing a good home for those who need one.
