If the illegals were given these DL's, could they then try to register to vote in California using motor-voter??
Legally you can only vote if a citizen, but polling spots typically will only ask for a driver's license to prove that citizenship. It would make it easier to pull off voter fraud, as well as scam all our federal programs. A driver's license is esstinally a national I.D. card that will gain you access to near anything in our system.
