That is VERY loosely translated. Jihad is "holy war," but "Tawhid" is the Arabic word used to describe Allah's "oneness," which is more than just their belief that there is only one God. This term is used to differentiate from the Christian conception of God, in which God is one God in Three Persons. Muslims obviously don't believe in the Trinity.
