Yea, it's odd that the SD seat is not nearly as secure as the one in ND, where they are really committed to Republican presidents and Democrat senators.

This NRO article sheds more light on the subject. It concludes that Republicans will gain two seats in the Senate, and casts at least a little doubt on the notion that Feingold is a lock.
