This is a horrible travesty. There is no common sense, there is no virtue, integrity or morality in what those who seek her death are perpetrating against this woman.

For the husband, I believe that her potential recovery must spell something bad for him...like the truth of her initial condition...but that's just my opinion.

There is also the insurance money.

For the lawyers, judges and certain advocay groups...it just shows how steeped certain aspects of our society are in the culture of death.

I agree. why on earth is her former husband so bent on killing her. He has moved on. What's it to him.

I have always believed that the husband has been trying to finish off the murder of his wife via the courts. Someone needs to go back to the beginning of this story and find out how Terri was beaten and crippled. If she were given over to her parents, Mr. Schiavo could very well end up on death row. Or not.
