There is whatever is left of the malpractice settlement stemming from Terri's injury, which he would inherit upon her death... Is it possible for Florida to charge Michael Schiavo with perjury or fraud, and then remove Terri from his custody on that basis? I have heard that he testified that the money from the settlement was to be used to treat Terri, but he instead used it in his legal quest to kill her.

I know that if I was the defendant, I would be looking to get my money back. Out of his hide, if necessary.
