Maybe if we try looking for Congressman Ford? As I understand it he was heading up the Congressional delegation Schwarzkoph met with them on the 16th, in Iraq. No indication they were there on the 3rd, doesn't say when they arrived. My guess, it was too dangerous on the 3rd.
