The Senate was in session on Feb. 28 and Mar. 5, 1991 with only a pro forma session between lasting one minute on the 1st. There were no roll call votes on the 5th.

What about committees. Was Kerry at any of the committee meetings on which he serves. Of course with his track record he probably missed them to go wind surfing.
