I just watched the rerun of O'Reilly's 2001 interview with Kerry discussing the need to invade Iraq. In that interview, Kerry said the following: "I mean, I was in Safwan. I went there when the signing of the armistice took place at the end of the war." I've watched the video of the cease-fire signing at Safwan. It was still in a combat zone. I don't remember seeing anyone but military officers. Can anyone provide additional insight, or has Kerry lied again.
Kerry cast a vote?!? What was it against?
Well said. And no doubt show documents to prove it....forwarded from the nearest Kinkos.
Kerry has got to be lying about this. It makes no sense at all.
Did you know Kerry was in Cambodia, too?
Check out the John F. Kerry Timeline. Email it to your friends.

What else can he do? This guy is pathological!
Nice product placement. Diet Pepsi.
Not to be arguementative but, that's no standard to go by. See my tagline.

We need to get the word out on this one. It sounds like a good swift boat ad. "Was lying, still lying". We need people who can check into this and prove he wasn't there. Interesting if freepers can draw blood twice in this campaign.
And there are people who want this guy to be our President. Sometimes I'm ashamed of some Americans.
I wonder if we can find senate records on this to see what he was doing around that time.
There are always rotten apples in every barrel and stupidity is not a crime;unfortunately.
There is a chart on page 466 of the book depicting the setup at Safan that day (3 March 1991, as Rokke has said). There is a "VIP" tent depicted on the map, but Franks mentions that "senior officers could go there to take a break if needed" (paraphrasing) - no mention of political VIPS being there.
I'll try to find "It doesn't take a Hero" next...
The Dems are going to run for cover
AND PLEASE E-MAIL FOX NEWS, it will be there all day!:
This should be very easy to verify but everyone is so used to him lying by now, it will not make much news. I'll bet O'Reilly is looking into it.
The guy is utterly delusional. He lies like a 15 year old kid. And, actually believes the lies he tells, which is worse. He's pathological.
For example, he lies about serious important issues like his metals as if it were nothing. He rewrote silver star recommendation 3 times each one increasing his Heroism and John Wayne type exploits. But, he also lies about trivial things that seem to have no point, like:
He is a pilot and "loves" to fly his plane upside down (daredevil Kerry)
He had a dog in Vietnam that was blown off of his boat by a mine and the dog landed on another boat 50 yards away uninjured and no damage was done to the boat. (amusing, although crazy, anecdote Kerry)
He is a champion hunter, marksman, and weapons expert and loves to eat roasted dove, cold. (macho dangerous Kerry)
He went on Top Secret missions with the CIA in Vietnam (commando Kerry)
He has an Chinese AK47 assault rifle that he smuggled back from Nam and it's his favorite gun. (NRA Kerry?)
None of this crap is true! Talking to Kerry is like talking to a 15 year old boy trying to impress all his friends.
It is like me going to a trophy store and buying a Bass Fishing Champion, or 300 Bowler trophy with my own name on it, even though I don't bowl or fish, and then actually arguing that I deserve it with some convoluted logic. I could even break in to the bowling ally and change the record. That would make it true; wouldn't it? That would mean that it really happened, right?
It's pathetic and disgusting and smacks of very low self esteem. This is really kookoo stuff.
There's no fool, like an old fool.
Kerry voted both February 28 and March 6, 1971. No votes taken on March 3.

Besides, it's not on my John F. Kerry Timeline.
