QUOTE OF THE DAY: I know it is difficult, but the coalition must stand firm. When governments negotiate with terrorists, everyone in the free world suffers. When political leaders sound the sirens of defeatism in the face of terrorism, it only encourages more violence. Working together, we will defeat the killers, and we'll do this by refusing to bargain about our most fundamental principles. ~ Prime Minister Allawi of Iraq

Below is another great pic of our troops waving to President Bush after he left their plane
Members of the U.S. Army and National Guard wave to U.S. President George W. Bush (news - web sites) from the steps of their chartered plane bound for Iraq (news - web sites) after Bush boarded the plane to greet them in Bangor, Maine, September 23, 2004. Bush, who was in Bangor for a campaign stop, boarded the plane on the tarmac at Bangor International Airport and personally greeted the soldiers in a show of support, before he flew back to Washington aboard Air Force One.

Thanks for your pictures today, RWP!
I was telling ohioWfan, I just cried as IPM Allawi spoke.
I was so proud to be a citizen of a country that would do all this for the liberty, freedom, and safety of another.

Finally made it to the dose.....sorry so late and thanks for the ping.
Wasn't Allawi's congressional appearance great? He really knows how to deliver a "pointed" speech to the naysayers in the media and the government.

Ah, what great photos. They are all so good and the Prime Minister Allawi looks like such a happy, kind man. He is much like President Bush. Also the photos of our President on the airplane with the troops is the best. Just simply the best and was very awe inspiring. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Have a great weekend and keep us glued to our seats with all those wonderful photos you send us. We love them and thank you very much.
