The "Fortunate Son" phase of the Kerry campaign; Terry McAuliffe pushing hard on the "Bush was AWOL and we will prove it" thing, Kerry on "sugar-coating"...all curiously building up to Rather, Mapes, and Lockhart getting Burkett to agree to be the 'source'.
