Would that mean that Mapes told Lockhart about the memos before Joe made the call to Burkett?

It is fun to watch See BS sweat, but what effect will any of this have on the election? What I mean by this, is now that Burkett has come out and firmly stated the Kerry campaign's connection to Rathergate, how can the Bush campaign capitalize. Do they bring criminal charges?
