I had a good seat for the Rally. Part of the top of my head is cut off but I'm in here. AMD's whole head is cut off.

Turn out was fantastic and the protestors were pathetic outside.

Wow!
How did you get seats like that?
We were at W's stop in Davenport on the Riverfront and needed binoculars to see him up close!
(Small crowd of about 13,000)

Turn out was fantastic and the protestors were pathetic outside. The crowd was great! Huge crowd for this neck o' the woods. Bands, cheerleaders, high school and college kids, young families showing their children the President. Lots of ex-military folks, tons of old folks like Dufarge and myself. Spirit. Dubya was charming, gracious, serious, humorous and then dead serious.
Two idiot middle aged men with bad tee shirts escorted out in front of us.
A dozen of the usual suspects patheticly outside. We took the long way home and on the wrong side of the airport there were seven "High School Students Against Bush" looking stoned and wondering where that idiot Bush was.
:O)
The radio just said 10,000 people at the Prez. thing. Awsome
