Troops leaving for Kuwait got a surprise troop greeting before heading out.
And GW won't have to manipulate his way to a legacy!! He makes you proud to be an American. And proud of The Office!!
bump
A lot of hard work and mileage on my car.
> After 9/11, the entire world and Liberty itself called on George W. Bush to stand up, and he has in a profound way.
Exactly. Its the reason I left the Dims for good, (in more ways than one).
Haven't you heard? Kerry voted against all weapon systems. Our military will have to use spitballs...
God bless our armed forces and their Commander in Chief!
Some how I missed this on SeeBS news tonight.
Whatever else, this Guy goes the extra mile for the troops. It is really a great message of humilty and faith.
DID ANY NETWORK (CABLE INCLUDED) CARRY THIS STORY?
Did you see Brit Hume's jab at cBS this evening?
He was mentioning how Bush extended an olive branch today at the press conference by calling on the cBS journalist, but cBS viewers didn't get to see it. Why? While viewers of NBC, ABC, CNN, and FNC were all watching the presser, cBS's viewers were watching Emilio finally confessing his love to so-and-so on whatever soap opera they were airing at the time.
And he did it all with a deadpan face, which made it all the funnier.
An Extra Touch of Class!
I saw it. It was difficult to keep a straight face while Brit was reporting what happened on the Young & The Restless. Infact, I couldn't keep a straight face!
I posted this on another thread, but it seems relevant here too, since it was about this thread:
I can only imagine what a morale lift that was for those troops. I remember how lifted my boat (A CG Cutter) was after G.H.W. Bush (then VP) visited the ship while in Mexico... unfortunately for me... on the cruise right before I signed onboard. But they were talking about it for months afterward. It was huge honor for the unit, and everybody was proud of it. My roomie was the bos'n mate that got to go pick him up and drive him around for a bit. He talked that up for years afterward. But then again, we all had the honor of having Ronnie as our CINC. Those were good old days.
It is refreshing to have those "good old days" yet again, with a CINC worthy of that respect and pride.
Thanks so much for sharing these awesome pics. Brings tears to see the pics of our president and his attitude toward our young brave men, and read about you having 3 sons serving this GREAT country. Thank you, Thank you, for raising such a wonderful family.
May God keep your sons from harm, and please let them know how very much we appreciate them, and you.
(((HUGS)))
Oh WOW! Thanks for the ping. :-)
I tell you this is a very special man, a very important time, and an incredibly vital election for the safety of the entire free world.

Infortunately, America is a country of mixed allegences. The are Athiests and Satanists that hate presidend bush just because he is a Godly man.
There Moslems who hate him because he is Christian and supports Israel. The Jew haters reject him for the same reasons. Inso far as the Moslems are concerned, they feel that they can simply leave the country if war breaks out here or we are in danger of WMD attacks. They are keeping their options open to remain welcome back where they came from or in Moslem countries.
There are communists who would be glad for America to fall.
There are ungodly people who don't care if they rape, rob, or murder. It is hard for them to support a Godly man because of what it means to them.
