The Center for Individual Freedom today filed a complaint with the Federal Election Commission charging CBS and Sen. John Kerry's presidential campaign with illegal coordination.

We need to see phone records now. Kerry, Mcassliff, lockdard
cleeland,mapes,and many more.
The FEC is in charge of regulating elections, so I don't think the FBI is the appropriate agency.
This is a start.
Wire fraud, fraudulent government documents...
I sure there is lots more...
You know, I have mixed feelings about this.
On the one hand, I'd be glad to see Gunga Dan in striped pajamas.
But this close to the election, I can hear the claims of "media intimidation" and how "Bush stole the election again" for years.
What I want most is a clear convincing victory to open up a big barrel of STFU all over the Ratheroids.
hows about racketeering?
This is great news - we can stop talking about it now until the FEC issues its report. In or about, oh say, 2007.
The Old Media and DNC have been working hand in glove for years. In order to break up the incestuous relationship and then bust ie. the Teachers Union, the Old Media must be purged of it's Liberal (Communist/Socialist) activists.
There must always be a beginning, and it looks like it has begun.
If something isn't done now the story will get buried. The MSM wants this all to go away. The DNC & MSM forced Ginsberg to resign when he did nothing. I don't hear the same call for anyone in the DNC to resign. The pressure has to be kept up.
If this can be directly linked b/w the Ketchup Boy camp and See BS, then Ashcroft and the FBI should be on this like white on rice. They're likely already looking into it right now, but we're not going to hear anything till after the election.
It took 2 years for Watergate to bring Nixon down, and as big as this is, the Feds will be thorough and going strictly by the book.
Agreed. As appropriate as it may be the greater good may be served by letting the lepher colony tear into one another making excuses before the undecideds.
I seem to recall Lawrence Walsh coming out with an indictment of Cap Weinberger mere days before the Clinton/Bush-41 contest. By all accounts, it helped swing the election to Clinton. Now that conservatives seem to be finding their voice in the "New Media," I don't know how long charges of "media intimidation" would stand. Besides, as a great American once observed: Justice delayed is justice denied.
Dittoes on the big barrel of STFU.

You're right of course, but it's also likely true that we'll be hearing that anyway.
The problem with the FEC is they try to avoid appearing partisan. So I don't have much hope that they will actually do anything prior to the election.
dean..he called burket too
