I'm a bit far from Crawford, but if he wanted to stay over a night, I'm sure I could get him up to speed on Texas. When the wife and I head to Temple, we normally pass through Crawford, as it is a much more scenic drive than I-35. I could certainly give him directions that will make it a pleasant trip. :-)

We love to drive through Crawford when we are driving from Houston area to Lubbock. It is beautiful country. There is only one little cafe in town and we have never managed to catch it open. There are several nice souvineer shops where we buy patriotic gifts and shirts and cups with Bush on them. I don't think there is a hotel any where around Crawford. There is a post office where we mail our Crawford post cards with Pres. Bush on them.
