It looks to me like President Bush is proud to be standing there. He has a look of accomplishment and freedom on his face. You must be looking at a different station than I. I am watching NBC
President Bush was probably just briefed on what Kerry said after Allawi's speech. He is probably just pissed off. As he should be.
