I watch what's going on in Florida and along the coast and shake my head. All we get is blizzards. Those poor people.

I can only imagine how big a bummer it would be for those in the Gulf to get hit twice by the same storm.

But glad my friend is doing well :)

Blizzards are nothing compared to hurricanes.

I've been through 3 of Washington's top 5 snows in recorded history, 1 in Des Moines, and 1 in Chicago.

None of that compared to experiencing Hurricane Isabel last year - or the multiple tornadoes here last week from Ivan.
