I wish I could find facts which would convince me that you are wrong (and NOTHING personal). Which is to say that I think that Dan and Andrew Heyward have long careers at CBS ahead of them. More is the pity.
I keep seeing Freepers say that he isn't being prosecuted. I haven't found a link yet. I hope they don't think that because they expect the gov't to tell us every move they make in that regard. I would assume if there is an investigation, it's going to be secret.
