Perhaps at the bottom of the card (emblematic for the card "being pulled from the bottom of the deck"), you could have a superscript (straight from the 1971 Selectric that could do that, according to C-BS)...
The superscript would say something like, "Paid for by the modern Democratic Party, All Rights Reserved" (except for those represented on this card).
