Seems to me that younger voters who get their information about the candidate/election from MTV, will either be too drunk or too hungover to show up to vote on election day.
I've heard from a friend in music business that Dems are preparing to use rappers as a tool to motivate Black youth to go to the polls immediatelly before the November 2.
This is worth investigating further.
