"Young voters are following this election closely and nearly 8 in 10 say they definitely plan to vote. "

80% turn out among the young voters when in all prior elections their turn out was less than 35%. So this will be 230% jump in voting among young people!!!!! Yes, this is very believable (/sarcasm)

Delusion is the plague of liberals.

This just in: Survey of corpses gives Kerry 99% vs. Bush 1%. It is well within the margin of error for Kerry to claim all dead voters.

Yeah, and I'm sure they'll just love Kerry's position on Social Security (IE No privitization, we know how to spend your $$$ better than you do, and esp. for the under 30 crowd, tough s%%t on ever seeing of it).

Believe it. One picture of Ketchup Boy windsurfing is all it takes for the twentynothings with the Nintendo stares to decide he's "Cool" and they should vote for him.

And the Demonrats know that, too... they'll "dumb down" their message to "Reach" the twentynothing crowd. (Not that their message could get much dumber as it is, mind you, but...)

Just a hunch...but I think the young people who support President Bush will actually vote. As opposed to many who support Kerry, Nader, et. al.

Compare this with what these numbers would have been in 1976. We've come a long way.

Is it me or is this "crisis" of younger people not voting a completely manufactured crisis?

Sounds to me like the Dems are looking for a repeat of last election and trying their best to get 538 votes someplace.
