Jonathan Demme, who always uses Meyer’s favorite actor Charles Napier in his movies

Oh, so that's who that is! Yeah, he was good in "Silence of the Lambs".

"Frankly what goes on below the waist is not that entertaining."

So much running thru my mind....so little of it fit for print!

Depends on who you're with.

Z-Man reminds me of that "Cojo" guy on Entertainment Tonight.

I saw two of his movies in college. Both were incredibly violent. Watching a man stomp a woman bloody in a bathtub and then electrocute her was not something I needed to see. I walked out of the flick and many students left soon after I did.

Violence against women isn't funny, entertaining, sexy, or clever.

Today I will fly my Viagra pennant on my car's antenna at half-mast.

There's no such thing as ANYTHING at half mast when on Viagra.

Oh, no! The man who created the Ubervixen is no more! Sad times for tough hot broads everywhere.

I think I'm gonna change my screen name to Tura Satana, in his honor.

That was my first thought. Nothing worse than thinking about your grocery shopping list in the middle of it because your partner is sooo uninspiring.

He once told me there was no such thing as a sex scene that couldn’t be improved by cutaways to Demolition Derby or rocket launches.

A philosophy we can all support, I think.

Will he be laid to rest in the Hollywood Hills?

BTVOFTD was so bad, it was good. That is the only Meyer film I can recall seeing. I'm sure Showtime will drag some out of retirement now the Russ has passed away.

Those too, especially if the train runs into a crate of dynamite and explodes!
