In fact, if I could get away with it, I'd slip that survey into every Reform and Conservative Jew's Yom Kippur prayerbook and not let them leave to break the fast on Saturday night until their answers are recorded on video tape for posterity. I get the sense that most Jews haven't reflected on politics much since Nixon resigned and believe that the solution to antisemitism lies in the strategy of eliminating every vestige of Judaism... starting with those who live under their own roofs.
