Does MTV's "Project Vote Smart" projects a drive containing unbiased and relevant information for potential voters? In one commercial it showed teens and young adults dancing when one says he hope to get his things together in 6 months but another person reminds him that it may not be possible if we get drafted. Everybody stops dancing and look into the camera.

Now, I don't have the exact wordings but that's the gist of it. How many have seen this commercial on MTV? In one instance with Drew Barrymore going around asking (mostly liberals, McAullife, Hillary, etc) well known people about voting and voting rights, etc, and I noticed in one voter registration drive scene in getting young people to register and when one registers he or she gets a DVD (couldn't see the title or know what the subject was...need confirmation here if the DVD being given out contain liberal (biased) themes). But with the supposedly innocuous "choose or lose" theme the whole thing still seemingly smacks of liberals attempt to influence registered voters to vote for Kerry. However, we could use some confirmation about this type of activity on whether this observation is true or not and whether any of these activities constitute a FEC violation. Is MTV's "Choose or Lose" an unbiased organization that do not use undue influence while getting young people to register to vote but vote their w?

drop by the MTV website.. It's halfway down their page on the 'draft' that they bother showing one of the main proponents, a democrat. The first half highlights Republicans.

It's a farce.

Something tells me that the things they say, and hand out have a very liberal bias. On the other hand, I think it would be hard to prove that they are trolling for RATS. I'm sure there literature and such never mentions a candidate by name. Also they are running an add that basically says "you need to vote because the draft is coming if you don't". Since this is a bill in both hte house and senate put forth by RATS, they can say they are non-partisan.

When you look at the "issues" on those MTV related voting websites (choose or lose, rock the vote...) they are all liberal advocacy (sometimes going so far as to say "vote NO on..."). All of the links are liberal organizations.

Rock The Vote is allegedly a 501c3 "non-partisan/non-advocating" organization but that is BS. So apparently is Russell Simmons' Hip Hop Summit.

Defund the left. Report 501c3 tax cheats to the IRS and FEC.
